In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of ordering. Orders typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days! Once your order has shipped it is out of my control and in the hands of USPS/UPS. If you have tracking inquiries you will need to contact them so they can best serve you.

We are not responsible for any damages done to your package once handled by postal services. All packages go through safety checks before shipment, are bubble wrapped, and sealed for security and safe delivery.

How It Works

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase a return can be made within 14 days if the item has not been worn or damaged, please contact us at ashaleysdesigns@gmail.com so that we can do our best to correct, or replace your item.
