Each keychain is made to order, is unique, and will have slight variations from the product images. Because the product is made with epoxy resin, there may be small air bubbles. Most are removed during the curing process, but some may remain. Please be aware of these minor imperfections before committing to your purchase.

Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of ordering. Orders typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days! Once your order has shipped it is out of my control and in the hands of USPS/UPS. If you have tracking inquiries you will need to contact them so they can best serve you.

We are not responsible for any damages done to your package once handled by postal services. All packages go through safety checks before shipment, are bubble wrapped, and sealed for security and safe delivery.
